4. To import, export, supply, and distribute high-quality building materials, including cement, steel, tiles, and other construction products, to meet local and international standards.

5. To conduct research and develop technologies for effective construction on swampy areas and advanced sewage drainage systems, ensuring durability and environmental compliance

6. To engage in the importation, distribution, and supply of advanced technology and equipment necessary for construction and engineering works, including but not limited to technologies for building on water, marshy lands, and other difficult terrains.

7. To provide professional training and capacity-building programs for engineers, builders, and other construction professionals, focusing on innovative methods for constructing on challenging terrains and ensuring structural integrity.

8. To undertake research, development, and dissemination of knowledge on modern techniques and materials for preventing building collapse and promoting sustainable construction practices.

9. To enter into partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures with local and international firms, organizations, institutions, and governments for the execution of large-scale construction projects, the importation of advanced materials, the implementation of modern drainage systems as well as to advance the adoption of cutting-edge construction technologies in Nigeria and beyond

10. To provide consultancy and advisory services for buildings, project management, environmental impact assessments, and other construction-related fields to individuals, organizations, and governments.

11. To address housing challenges and promote affordable housing solutions for the general public by constructing high-rise multi-flat residential buildings, contributing to economic growth and national development.

12. To carry on the business of recycling residential and household waste, including biodegradable materials, with the aim of converting such waste into organic manure, fertilizers, and other eco-friendly byproducts for agricultural and commercial use, while promoting environmental sustainability and waste management solutions
